User dropdown cuts off when list too big #3

When there are 4 users or more in the list, the list will not extend past the login box. This can make certain users impossible to select.

Probably a simple CSS fix, I'll look into it later.

Additionally if list would reach monitor edge, dropdown lists will get a scrollbar instead of having unreachable elements.
