Quality Measure NQF0420: Pain Assessment and Follow-Up has been implemented as per measure specification.

How has this been tested?

Ran dbt build in Snowflake and BigQuery and validated output. Please find the detailed Validation Document here.

Reviewer focus

Please take a look on the logic to exclude telehealth patients in the denominator model.
