[FUNCTIONALITY] Add Admin panel choicebox for search #25

To avoid mismatches of the inputted data, it is better to have a choicebox for the location and user type. The admin must know that it is spelled "Transport Company" that's why this design with a textfield is not user friendly. If we search by location or user type we must add a choicebox as input field and when we search by username and user full name a textfield must be added.
