Change name of player Fixes #18 Enhancements in the 'settings' tab:

Admin can mark other users as admin
Admin players are marked as admin

Enhancements in the 'players' tab:

Registered user can claim a player
user can change name of own player
added 'claimed by' to user info
only admin can administer elo-penalty
claimed player is marked for registered user

Some structural changes like moving serverside only code to methods.js and a few controllerAs removes in favor if the default $ctrl controller.
