Allow blank project end date #201

Describe the bug If user does not have a project end date listed in section 1 they will receive an error message when trying to export their DMP.

Is this a regression? No.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Step 1'
  2. Click on 'Manually add a project, provide a start date, but do not an end date'
  3. Scroll down to 'Export document', select any template
  4. See error

Expected behavior No error message should appear if no project end date is provided. User should be able to export their DMP.

Additional context Reported from student in Tomasz' DMP class
