Changing Header instructions spacing #166

Description There is a lack of space between the header of each section and the instructions

Describe the solution you'd like Add a consistent space between the two

Thank you @lpandath For all section instructions/headers, please: • Remove comma from greeting “Hi, Derek” • Create one line of space between greeting “Hi Derek” and instruction. • Instruction 14 pt. -change to 16pt • First line of step header 16pt -change to 14pt to be consistent with 2nd line
