enable use of psycho-acoustic functions externally #6

make it possible to use Bark, Sone, Phone transforms etc. independently of calling the entire rp_extract pipeline (request by Jakob Abesser)

made new functions for all the transforms which also can be called externally (using Spectrogram/Bark matrices as input)
