Closes #49

set site title depending on current active route
refactored chapters to ease adding a new page
fuzzy search with the help of fuzzysort
make SearchBar component a bit more generally useable

I have not found a feasible way to make enter also navigate to the page. For now I'm happy with how it work, if someone has an idea please let me know.
