Jenkins integration should provide the following:

[ ] Select Jenkins job ans a artifact pattern when defining a new artifact
[ ] Notifications when new builds are available and applications could be updated
- [ ] Allow to define stabilities that will create such notifications (stable, unstable)

Since jenkins provides a REST JSON API, this should be used.
