amidst_the_raindrops fixed loop #37

I made a perfect loop out of the amidst_the_raindrops song. It had always bugged me so, with audacity, I cross faded the beginning and the end overlaps and made a perfect loop. I don't know if this will ever be canon, but I thought I might share. Amidst The Raindrops Loop.mp3.zip

Thanks @WooHooWasTaken . Sure it can be canon, but we need it in Ogg Vorbis format (.ogg) as per the Debian Free Software Guidelines.

Do you know how to open a Pull Request?

I can absolutely re-export it into .ogg format. Also, no. I do not know what a Pull request is.

This was my first pull request ever so don't be mad if I did it wrong because I don't know how.
