Needs gcc11 to build successfully on kernel 6.2 and 6.4 #192

This page lists the "newest version" of gcc as a dependency, however make will fail unless gcc11 (not 12 or later) is used.

I can't speak to why this is, but you may want to edit the page to specifically mention gcc11 so that people don't end up frustrated.
