Currently if you say "play artist some_band", it will play all the tracks in the same order every time.
The default should be to shuffle unless the intent was "play album"
Additionally, there should a an intent to shuffle.
If you use the intent "from jelly fen" then it will shuffle, the issue only appears to be a problem when using the common play framework
