fix install path #39

It fails to build as it is with the install -m 755 apexctl /asdf/usr/local/bin/apexctl install: cannot create regular file '/asdf/usr/local/bin/apexctl': No such file or directory makefile:54: recipe for target 'install' failed make: *** [install] Error 1

This fixes that.

Nevermind, realized that that's needed for it to build for an aur package. It breaks building it otherwise, apparently, so there's still something that should be done, but I'm not entirely sure what right now.

Wellllll actually it was needed.... but I've actually already fixed my mistake (bceb11b6dcbcf4da49cba4df5ed31229a5f44aff) :P
