is it possible to upload the Fahrplan to F-Droid or release the apk?

It already is. Search for "30C3 Schedule". It's a bit misleading but it's correct.

I suppose this issue can be closed then.

Who is authoring the page at fdroid? Is it not possible to replace "30C3 Schedule" with "32C3 Schedule" or something more generic?
