Adding a helm chart for easier deployment

I needed this for my own homelab and gave it a whirl: https://github.com/my0n/helm-charts/tree/master/charts/podsync apologies for the shameless self-promotion, just trying to reduce duplicate effort. thanks for the updated docker container i like it a lot!
