refactored BK7231Serial to use command-response packet objects, which makes it easier to add new commands and makes code cleaner
made flash reading use wrapped (0x200000) addresses forcefully
implemented methods for erasing, writing and programming (erase+write) the flash, programmatically
added toggling RTS pin upon startup, so connecting it to board's RESET makes auto-reset possible
fixed CRC32 calculation on BK7231N
