tuya maven timeout #9

Unable to build. I receive a timeout during gradle build for maven-other.tuya.com:

Connect to maven-other.tuya.com:443 [maven-other.tuya.com/111.229.237.123] failed: connect timed out

@derrickward Please check your network link, whether there is a proxy on such, our side of the test is normal.
