Device Last State #248

Is it possible to have the device last state remembered? To allow devices to return to that state after power cuts etc.

Currently after a power cut all smart bulbs/plugs etc will just turn back on and stay on. It would be good if they could check the last state and revert to it.

I think last state is stored in cloud now.
