Devices not available #733

Several Devices are regularly unavailable. These devices are available in the Tuya app. After restarting the Tuya integration in Home Assistant, these devices are available again. No further logging data available.

I noticed that my temperature/humidity sensors became unavailable, even after restarting HA. When I deleted and re-added Tuya integration, they became availabe for a some time and were working OK. After some time, all their values freezed, after restarting HA devices becaom unavailable. In Tuya app they're working OK all the time.

I'm getting the same issue too. The status from my devices mainly lights are not updating in HA. Reloading the Tuya integration updates them. Having to reload it several times a day.

I'm seeing these in the logs:

I and others are having the same problem.

I also started an issue here: https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/61820

And logged a ticket with iot.tuya.com.

Thanks. Just to add I unlinked from the current cloud project and created a new one from scratch following all of the steps (including step 6) to be sure, but today I have the same issues. And it's not all devices its one or two and not the same devices either.

It looks like the API failure rate as reported by Tuya for my devices started to go up 5 days ago (12/12). Anyone else seeing the same?

I also started an issue here: https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/61820

And logged a ticket with iot.tuya.com.

Ticket now goes to a 404.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! Still lot of problems with the Tuya Devices. Several Devices are regularly unavailable. These devices are available in the Tuya app. After restarting the Tuya integration in Home Assistant, these devices are available again. No further logging data available.
