Error 1106 Troubleshooting Failing #360

I'm getting error 1106, I have tried using both my Tuya Cloud password and my Tuya Smart app password, tried with and without a Config specified endPoint, in Western US so Country Code is 1, definitely using TuyaSmart schema.

Error from log:
