Hard to tap popups (Open in ...) #882

I came across hard to tap popup asking me to use reddit app. This popup appears only for half second and in his place shows next, but asking for open Google Play store to install reddit (even if I have reddit yet). My suggestion : Multipe popups should display vertical, and every one should disappear for instance 5 seconds.

In the current version, if the toast does not have an action, it will display 1.6s, and if there is an action, it will display 3.5s. I think the duration is enough. Maybe I should simplify the textual expression of toast.
