Support GPX rtept (route point) tags when importing gpx tracks #1259

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. place the attached gpx file in the appropriate location
2. track a route and save is as a gpx file
3. now import, you get a message along the lines of "imported 1 of 2"...why did 
it fail to import this gpx file?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see 3 tracks, instead i just see a duplicate of the one i saved. It 
doesn't import this new gpx file.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?

The attached 3502.gpx is using rtept (route point). Currently My Tracks only 
support trkpt (track point). Changing this to feature request.
