Can only import half of a GPX file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to
http://www.score-international.com/races/1138/CLICK_HERE_FOR_RACE_INFORMATION_26
TH_ANNUAL_MASTERCRAFT_SAFETY_TECATE_SCORE_SAN_FELIPE_250/2012.aspx
and grab the GPX file

p
2. Unzip and copy to the phone
3. Open in Linda File Manager and use "My Tracks Importer" (using "My Tracks" 
does nothing)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Using GPS Visualizer (http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/) I see the screenshot with 
a complete track
Using MyTracks, I only see the second half of the race.

MyTracks 1.1.15
ICS on Nexus S

The attached GPX file contains two tracks. When imported to My Tracks, it 
imported as two tracks. The first track is titled "Check 2 to Finish" and the 
second track is titled "Start to Check 2". Looks like data is correctly 
imported to both tracks.
