Changes: All changes are related to the Automation Protocol.

added new:
- /ch/xx/state that returns a full state with AutomationChannelAPI as type
- /setchannel/xx that accept a state in the format AutomationChannelAPI with all arguments being optional.
- /ch/xx/inputgain & /ch/xx/inputselector
Refactored the state API, so state is the last part of the request:
- E.g old version /state/ch/1/pgm is changed to /ch/1/pgm/state
- The old has not been used, as it wasn't even working. (because of a bug in wrapChannelCommand())

README has been updated with the new features, and small updates of old stuff (E.G renaming to Sisyfos)
