Dashboard: Add # of Upcoming Events to Header #105

As an authenticated user, when I visit my user dashboard I see a section with my upcoming workouts and it is labeled as "# Upcoming Workouts"

For example: If I have 5 upcoming workouts scheduled, it displays "5 Upcoming Workouts"
