Changes Implemented:

• Added the following features to user dashboard:
  • Activity Log (past workouts)
  • User's Followers
  • Add Event links to gym show page
  • Move date format and address formatting methods to Formatable module
    • Add GymMembership address to My Gyms
• Add opaque black background to navbar collapse button (so it's visible when window is shrunk horizontally)
  • Open to suggestions for a better fix, if you have one.
• Ran a rubocop -a which updated quite a bit of correctable infractions... so the total number of files changed is definitely over-inflated as a result of this PR. Apologies for any confusion caused by this.
