Profile - Following/Follower Sections: Add button to Follow/Unfollow #90

When I visit another user's profile page, I see a section for user's the profile user is following and a section for user's the profile user is followed by And below each followed/follower user, I see a button to follow or unfollow depending on my friendship with them

Note: Not sure yet how we would incorporate this one!
