installation of dictionaries fails #108

Is the issue specific to a particular dictionary?  If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German-English).
no, happens with various dics

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download diccionary
2. wait until download finished
3. error will show

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
dicctionary should be ready to use. instead it tells me the installation failed 
- no such file xxxx.zip. the folder contains a tmp file but no zip file which 
is probably why it cant be found.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.0.1, android 4.0.3

Please provide any additional information below.
i tried changing the download folder, didnt help. initially i was able to 
download 1 dic and it worked fine. please fix and provide update, thanks!!

I completely reworked how dictionaries are downloaded in the next version, to 
be released tomorrow.
