Dictionary download not working #96

Is the issue specific to a particular dictionary?  If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German-English).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Downloading any dictionary

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Error ENOENT prevents download
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I completely reworked how dictionaries are downloaded in the next version, to 
be released tomorrow.
