Brazilian Portuguese in subtle-cli #30

I can't use "Brazilian Portuguese" in subtle-cli, only "Portuguese", because there is no specifically ISO 639-1 / ISO 639-2 codes. I suggest usage also of "IETF language tag", probably solve this.
