XCode needs advanced OS #16

While I was trying to run rosvall's clustering code in my mac, it needed a "make" command, which is part of XCode. But when I tried to get XCode from Apple Centre, it told me that XCode needs advanced version of Mac OS. So, i tried to upgrade my OS, but that was not free. S, at this point, I am kind of clueless what to do.

Resolved by installing GCC without XCode from: https://github.com/kennethreitz/osx-gcc-installer
