formatting of data output of generator.py #2

It would be helpful to use a common standard for statistical data output. I suggest we use csv and that we use the semicolon as separator between columns. As regards the output of the generator.py script specifically, we need to have frequency counts and precentages in separate columns so a statistical software like R can easily grab relevant data for evaluation and plotting.
