Tested on field1 and field2 data and looks like everything works fine.
I checked the following outputs: ,net files, incl. vectors and partition files after rosvall clustering, hub classification files, plots of the size of the large component and 2nd component, and large component diameter.
Looks to me as if re-initiation of maindev with this code base can go ahead.
