Remove requirement for MusicKit Token #84

This pull adds a few extra safeguards to allow for the removal of the MusicKit JS token requirement.

If a token is not provided, the app will simply disable Apple Music functionality and still be fully usable with Spotify. This should make it much easier for developers to add features to this repo without having to worry about finding a dev token that works
