All of our other appliances are named in terms of extractor or generator.

Meanwhile our ingestion appliances are named ingestion instead of ingestor.

This is a mild inconsistency, but it's better to fix it now rather than later when more deployments exist.

Ingestor and Ingester are not words. I mean, we could use them, but ugh.

Some other options to consider:

Receiver is nice because that actually is what it's doing -- tuning to the outside source and bringing it into the system (just like in a real TV)

Note -- changing this will also mean changing AbstractVideoIngestionAppliance to mirror the new term.
