Task

Description

I'd like to try setting up this repository as a TypeScript repo.

Two reasons:

  1. The first project that will live here is a fork of a TypeScript project (TSDemuxer).
  2. TypeScript is probably a good idea in general for the entire ecosystem and this is a reasonable first stab.

With that in mind here's what needs to happen:
