LCD console improvements, reboot functionality, schematic #9

Added a blinking cursor to the LCD console. Implemented the [K escape code, so the vi editor can work properly. Implemented reboot functionality. Added a KiCad schematic with the defualt pin mappings. Added a link to a youtbe video of the thing booting in realtime.
