Fix reputation values printed to chat based on reputation levels #22

Upon hitting Paragon reputation it currently thinks you lost around 30.000/40.000 reputation.

Same goes for reputations with different reputation level names: (which was based on normal reputation values such as revered, exalted, etc... before)

Added to the #29 list to clear up some issue cluttering, as most of the code is changed in the 10.0+ releases anyways.
