Reputation bar colors and values in wotlk #3

Currently in wrath of the lich king, or 'after tbc', the reputation bars are red and it looks like some, for example Bloodsail Buccaneers aren't showing the correct reputation value.

The bars are only shown as red when not sorted by standing.
