Cobalt (Azure Span) rep gain not tracked/working #39

It also doesn't seem to work with the Cobalt rep in Azure Span, but that could be because that rep is gained from drops and not the normal killing of mobs.

The Cobalt Assembly rep now properly gets shown in the chat when picking up the items from the mobs.
