Reputation Detail frame is way off to the right when clicking the watch bar. #64

Sometimes the Reputation Detail frame is way off to the right when clicking the watch bar. (it should reset it's position)

Watchbar functionality in both cata and retail seems to work very different than it used to in wrath, so I will have to completely rework this to make it work in a different way, so removing it for.

Don't have time to look at this right now.
