Changed some reputation values and added some quests for Classic/TBC factions that were still missing or were incorrectly added:
Classic/TBC
Removed some non-repeatable quests since this feature is not working correctly yet.
Moved the NPC "High Admiral 'Shelly' Jorrik" outside the "Not after wotlk" check, since the NPC is still available after Wrath of the Lich King expansion.
Replaced the QuestID's from the "Cauldron" quests since they are not properly added and the quest name wasn't being recognised. (this will be replaced once the quests are added to the localization changes).
Made some changes to the Darkmoon Faire profession quests are they are no longer available in the Cataclysm expansion.
Made some changes to the Timbermaw Hold reputation values as they change during expansions.
Added the TBC reputation values for the Cenarion Circle quests.
Fixed reputation quests for the Aliance Cities, Alliance Forces, Horde cities and the Horde Forces. (this includes Runecloth turn ins for all horde cities as those quests were still missing)
Added the missing Horde city faction: "Darkspear Trolls" (I am sorry I missed that one before....), for now it only includes the Runuecloth turn in quests, I will do some more research for this faction soon.
Replaced the questID's for the Sporeggar quests since they are not properly added and the quest name wasn't being recognised.

Replaced the questID's for the Shattered Sun Offensive quests since they are not properly added and the quest name wasn't being recognised.

Added some more information to the reputation quests for The Kalu'ak.
