Compatibility with other addons #82

Creating one sticky issue for this, these compatibilities will always have lower prio than fixing the addon, but I do want to look at them whenever most of the base addon is working properly.

[ ] Pretty Reputation (Retail)
[ ] Inactive reputation headers (Retail + Classic)
[ ] Paragon reputations (Retail)
[x] ElvUI (Retail + Classic) - Haven't tested if changes broke anything lately.

86 ElvUI compatibility was definitely broken due to changes, will mark it off here since i will be updating that issue with progress of fixing the detailframe.
