CSV export functionality #4

I'd like to add export as CSV functionality to filtered results. The export plugin itself doesn't seem to work with list filters but only exports per page or the whole table.

I'm currently working through this codebase to see how this could be added. Any help on this in terms of guidance and advise would be much appreciated.

Also, I'm not sure of Issues is the best avenue for this kind of request. Feel free to close if you feel that it's not.

Hey @zaczheng this project hasn't been touched in years.You'll likely want to touch base with the active scaffold guys instead. I think a bunch of the ideas in this project have been rolled into their code base over the last few years.
