Fix the "JSON malformed" issue once and for all #115

  1. Start with better info upfront: Check if node and grunt can be found in the PATH, and throw a verbose error if not. Point to the PATH configuration docs.
  2. Write a better error message than "JSON malformed"
  3. Delete cache file, and re-run grunt expose
