Update package control to look at tags to see if we published a new version #54

Package Control for Developers suggests that we should point the releases to tags to show version info.

I have a pull-request ready if this is something we want to do.

Pros:

Can push changes to master without it being picked up by everyone.

Cons:

Must remember to push tags to get it to be distributed to users

Hi @VirtueMe . Yes, please let's do this, it's long overdue. I don't think that creating tags is really a con; it's a cleaner process, and I usually create tags anyway :) Please merge the pull request and close this issue when done, thanks!

ping @VirtueMe I think we are good to just create a 1.0.0 tag. All upcoming bugfixes can be included in 1.0.x, I don't really see a problem in that. After all it's working fine for most of the people right now; most issues are feature requests. What do you think?
