Make following improvements:

Refactor SPARQL to be more efficient, to include description and to include both en and hr wikipedia
Refactor Celebrity entity to include Description property, WikiDataItemId property and remove DB index from FullName property
Use ToUpperCaseInvariant when building anagram key to cover some edge cases (Turkish i problem)
