Advise more EMMS functions. #133

For the future:

  1. Make sure to do a git pull just before creating your PR
  2. This particular PR contained lots of diffs that had nothing to do with your change, it would have undone recent work.
  3. I've cherry-picked the emacspeak-emms.el file from your PR and checked it in.
