The npm package pulsar-client finally embeds the C++ client so the latter does not have to be installed in advance.

Update pulsar-client
Modify package.json config, Dockerfile, ci-cd.yml and the documentation to not require pre-installing the C++ client

CI run lasts now for 111 seconds instead of 320 seconds, even with additional checking outside of Docker. In other words, the waiting time is now 65 % lower.

At the same time, Mac users should not need anything special anymore to install and run the microservices like in #229 .
