If I add carbon scrap to maintain 100 carbon scrap a day (or even 1 scrap a day) it adds 10 carbon refiners to the factory, but it doesn't take 10 carbon refiners to maintain 100 carbon scrap a day.
It seems to be defaulting to 10+ refiners for that material when you add any scrap amount for that material, even just 1 scrap of any material per day auto adds 10+ refiners for that material to the entire factory, which is complete overkill, it's defaulting to max numbers no matter what you set the per day/maintain at.
